Why Is My Deposit Not Showing Up?

If your deposit is pending or hasn’t appeared in your gaming account, don’t worry. Here’s what might be happening and what you can do next.

1. Processing Times

  • Trustly aims for instant transactions, but some deposits can take 1–2 banking days depending on your bank.

2. Incomplete Authentication

  • If you didn’t finish the bank’s authentication step, the deposit will remain pending until you complete or cancel it.

3. Payment Limits or Insufficient Funds

  • Your bank may block or delay transfers if you exceed instant-transfer limits or lack sufficient balance.

  • Contact your bank to check for any restrictions or delays on gambling transactions.


What to Do Next

  1. Check Your Bank Statement

    • Confirm if the funds were debited from your account.

  2. Wait for Trustly Processing

    • If debited, allow 1–2 business days for Trustly to finalize the transaction.

  3. Provide a Payment Receipt

    • After 2 business days, if the deposit still hasn’t appeared, send customer service a receipt showing:

      • Account holder’s name

      • Amount transferred

      • Transfer date

      • Receiving/sending account number

      • Reference number
